The coastal rowing compound at the site of the 2018 World Rowing Coastal Championships in Sidney, BC has begun. Very exciting! Many thanks to Julien Bahain for the photos.

The area is marked off and the grass is gone.
Another view. Eventually we hope to have a cutout in the curb to make the moving of boats easier, but for now we can make a small ramp.
And another view. The boats will be taken along the paved road to the left and to the boat launch. Easy peasy. It is going to be great!
