Julien has been hard at work and the boat racks are now in place. The compound has a lock too. Once there are enough weights to keep the racks in place, the boats can move in. Some small details about needing oars and a secure box for storing accessories but it is getting close to being ready for action!
The next steps are about actually setting up a new club. What to call it? What sort of membership and fee structure should be put in place? How do we get more equipment? How do we get more funding?
