About West Coast Rowing Adventures
Katie Bahain-Steenman and Julien Bahain are both highly experienced rowers who competed at the international, Olympic level. When they moved to the West Coast in 2014, they did not know what to expect. They found paradise on earth, a place to live in nature and on the water. The Gulf Islands made them fall in love with this part of the world.. They now live on Piers Island, an island only accessible by private boats, with their two children. They love sharing their passion for rowing and a life filled with adventures.
Go to Katie and Julien’s site to find out about their rowing tours.
About Rowing The World
We connect rowers who love to travel. Rowers are passionate about their sport – we are rowers who are also passionate about travel. Whether you are a recreational sculler or a competitive “rowing for life” athlete, whether you live in North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand or anywhere else in the world, Rowing The World™ and The Rowing Concierge™ can offer you suitable and delightful rowing travel experiences, in your own country or continent or across the globe.
A BC Wilderness rowing tour is planned for 2022. Don’t miss it!
