The Cadborosaurus Coastal Endurance Regatta was held on April 23, 2020 at the Cadboro-Gyro Park in Victoria, B.C. The original course was set to go around Jemmy Jones island for a total distance of just under 5km. Due to issues with a safety boat, the Chief Umpires decided it was safer to shorten the course and go around the closer Flower Island.

The weather was overcast but the rain held off until around 2pm and then only lasted a short while. We were lucky! Some wind to make things interesting and a good tidal exchange to ensure there was current for some excitement.

Lots of good racing and lots of fun! The results by heat are available here. (Note: This is a downloading Excel file.)

The OARCA organizing committee thanks all the competitors for their good spirits and a HUGE thanks to all the volunteers without whom there would not have been a regatta.

Some photos to start. We will post more as we get them.
